The Central Wisconsin Ice Racing Association (CWIRA) has been bringing the excitement of ice racing to Wisconsin for more than 50 years. Celebrating our 50th season in 2024, CWIRA is a sanctioned racing organization featuring motorcycle, ATV, and UTV racing for competitors of all ages and skill levels.

Our season typically features eight race events throughout January and February, with races held on Sundays. Each event attracts approximately 200 racer entries, along with families, friends, and spectators who come out to enjoy a fast-paced day of winter motorsports.

From Pee Wee racers taking their first laps on the ice to experienced competitors battling for the championship, there's a place for everyone at CWIRA. With a wide range of motorcycle, ATV, UTV, and 3-Wheeler classes classes, our races offer exciting competition and family-friendly entertainment all winter long.
