In 1974, a few legends (we give a special recognition to: Jack Potter, Larry Strangfeld, Jim Falke, Mark Muth, Dave Dick & Kenny Marcou) created an ice racing series based around Marshfield, WI -- C.W.I.R.A or Central Wisconsin Ice Racing Association. What started as a small club, with races featuring ATV, three-wheeler and the infamous 2-stroke motorcycle, has evolved into a tight knit racing community, featuring classes for all domains, ages and bringing family's together. We are proud of our Wisconsin legacy, and it is an honor to continue to bring action-packed racing to lakes and land venues near central Wisconsin.
